Barker Rinker Seacat worked on a feasibility study and expansion of the Windsor Community Recreation Center which includes a pool, leisure pool, weights and fitness spaces, child watch and party room, and an auxiliary gymnasium with a suspended track.

A "river" of tiles guides people through the expanded locker rooms.
In 2017 the Town of Windsor celebrated the one year anniversary of the grand opening with over 5,000 members and 190,000 visits.
Windsor participates in the BRS Benchmark Network survey and is part of the tours of Rec Camp.
The elevated track connects the new gym and the old gym.
