BRS served as Sports Programming and Community Recreation Consultant to SFS Architecture for the Downtown Salina Field House. The 64,380 square foot facility is an anchor component for the redevelopment of downtown Salina and is designed to be a regional sport tourism destination that provides tournament space for basketball, volleyball and soccer.

The soccer field portion of the building can be reconfigured to basketball and volleyball courts by utilizing a state-of-the-art modular turf field system which can be removed and placed in dedicated storage in a half day or less…and re-installed in the same amount of time. When not hosting regional and local tournaments, the facility will be used to support Salina Parks and Recreation community and sport league programming.
