Patience Carter, LFA
Associate, Designer
Incredible with the details
Coming from a family of engineers, Patience was introduced to design and problem-solving at an early age. Her love of design and passion for the built environment made her want to become an architect because for her there is nothing more rewarding than to see your design idea built in the physical world.
An excellent problem solver, Patience can represent solutions in simple, clear, and evocative images, and loves the process of selecting and arranging materials into beautiful compositions that translate to beautiful architecture that is sustainable and that mimics the natural surroundings.
Patience often changes her own surroundings by traveling the world, including a 3-month backpacking trip through Europe with her husband, and is making plans to travel to Scandinavia and Australia. When she’s not designing or traveling, you can find Patience working on sewing projects, watercolors, and photography projects.
