Designer First, Fashionista Immediately After!
Zanavia is a people person and jokes that she “can make friends with a sign board”. As a designer, she will be supporting Texas projects from the Grapevine office so don’t be surprised if you see her in a stunning, fashionista dress on site. Zanavia was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to Dallas, Texas to pursue her career in architecture and is a “Dallas-girl” at heart.
Having completed her undergraduate and masters in architecture from Prairie View A&M University, she has had experience in a variety of types of projects including commercial/retail, K-12 education, multifamily and private residential. She’s thrilled to be working on recreation projects and experiencing their impact on the communities that they service.
