The son of a General Contractor, Kent’s early years were strongly influenced by the dichotomy between being immersed in the construction industry through his father, and his personal passion for the arts. Throughout his career Kent has sought to be a force for change in helping teams come together to overcome their own biases, with the notion that successful project outcomes are heavily dependent on building trusting relationships, respect for all people, and the idea that sometimes the best solutions come from the least expected places.
