Choreographing Experiences

Kathryn grew up immersed in the world of dance and competitive cheerleading, a passion that continued through college and beyond. After studying dance and moving into business development, she earned a degree in architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. This unique blend of experiences gave her a distinctive approach to design—choreographing human experiences within the built environment instead of on stage. She is passionate about creating spaces that inspire connection, foster community, and leave a lasting impact. Her work combines imaginative design with evidence-based research to shape environments where stories unfold and meaningful moments are shared. Whether exploring the city's concrete jungle or Colorado’s natural beauty with her dog Ace, Kathryn brings creativity, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for how thoughtful design can elevate everyday life.

Collector of Cards
I always carry emergency stationery—because a little note from a friend or stranger can brighten any day.

Most Adventurous Thing I've Done
I hiked Half Dome, the Grand Tetons, and the Grand Canyon (rim-to-rim) all in one summer—before I even turned 12!

Great British Whatever
I’m a firm believer that British competition shows are far superior to American ones. The Great Pottery Throwdown anyone?

Favorite Book
I read just about everything and love a good recommendation. I even indulge in cheesy romance novels unabashedly throughout the year—though December is reserved exclusively for them.
