Cody Kopecky, LEED Green Associate
Project Manager
Solving problems with a smile!
Raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Cody moved to Denver to pursue a master's degree at the University of Colorado, Denver. Since then, she has built a life in Denver, raising two sons who have grown into independent adults. Currently, she is balancing the challenge of raising two shelter dogs, Boris and Dragon, while tending to an ever-growing collection of houseplants.
Professionally, Cody has worked on residential projects, multi-family, higher education, and large-scale civil and healthcare projects. She found her niche as a project manager in design-build firms, overseeing diverse projects such as restaurants, retail developments, and performing arts centers. With a love for problem-solving and a passion for creating engaging environments, Cody thrives on turning ideas into tangible realities and embraces every challenge as a creative opportunity.

Favorite Sport
Baseball (Because it is the only one that goes slowly enough that I can follow what’s happening.)
How I Relieve Stress
I relieve stress by dancing badly to good music with my dogs (who happen to be much better dancers).
I love houseplants!
If you need a plant, just ask!
Favorite Music
I have a very eclectic taste in music and my playlist includes songs from at least 8 decades and probably most genres.
