She takes genuine pleasure in serving clients and the unique constituencies that come with each project. She is adept at leading teams, navigating the challenges of complex projects, and enjoys fostering the strengths and talents of those she works with. She is also a talented designer and leverages her skills to support the efforts of her teams and ensure high-quality outcomes. Before coming to BRS, Connie worked in New York City where she led and contributed to a variety of large-scale projects including those in tight urban settings.
