Feasibility Study + Design
The City of Twin Falls is one of the fastest growing cities in Idaho, and a major hub of activity in the region. To meet the needs of a growing and diverse population, the City commissioned our team to conduct a study to assess the demands and needs of the community to determine what residents need in a future community recreation center.
The three-phase study engages project stakeholders, a Citizens Advisory Committee and community members in a process that aims to provide:
1. A mission and vision for the community recreation center
2. Estimates of the project schedule and community support, business plan and site selection
3. Accurate budget models, cost estimates, community survey results and a refined schedule and business plan
Following a successful study, the City will be prepared to explore funding options and move seamlessly into a full design effort to realize the community’s vision for the project.
