Feasibility Study + Design
Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture was selected to design a 19,580-s.f. owner-occupied, single-tenant office building for a growing financial services company. The three-story building utilizes a sloping site to maximize daylighting opportunities and take advantage of Rocky Mountain views on all levels. Site features include an inviting entry plaza, protected outdoor terrace, and parking for 50 employees and clients. Interior design includes spaces for executives and support personnel as well as reception and meeting spaces for clients.
Staff amenities include a fitness center and locker rooms, break room, and a well-appointed training/conferencing center.
