Kroc Omaha Addition & Renovation

The Salvation Army Western Division of Omaha commissioned Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture to create a “Wow Factor” at the Omaha Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center built in 2008. In the 18,775 s.f. addition, features were added to create community excitement, draw in more membership and increase revenue flows,  including:
entry, reception access control counter, café and social interaction areas

  • walk/jog track to generate more participation for the South Omaha senior population
  • group exercise studio
  • fitness center for cardiovascular, circuit training and free weights
  • children’s indoor playground
  • amp up the interior design with color, pattern, and texture to create a more vibrant user experience

Barker Rinker Seacat, as Architect of Record, in association with HGM Associates, is completing full architectural services.
