Great Western Park/Lantana Clubhouse

Feasibility Study

Located in scenic Broomfield, Colorado, Lantana will be the pinnacle of active adult living. It will be a place where relaxation, recreation and social activities are enhanced by an abundance of community amenities. An extensive trail system will run throughout the neighborhood, providing access to parks and gardens.

Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture assisted Great Western Park by producing schematic design documents to guide the project through planning with the City of Broomfield. The focal point for this community will be a 12,010-s.f. lodge-style clubhouse with amenities to serve the residents. Inside the clubhouse are community gathering and lounge spaces, a café, library, fitness facilities, and an indoor/outdoor pool with club-style locker facilities.

Broomfield’s newest maintenance-free, resort-style community has been designed to meet the ongoing housing needs of its residents. The custom lodge's architectural style and refined western landscape coupled with the vast array of on-site services will create a lifestyle that will define Lantana as a premier active adult community.
