After the success of Drive 1, Drive 2, and The Source, Zeppelin Development returned to the BRS / Dynia Architects design team to collaborate on an innovative urban housing project in located in the RiNo Arts District in Denver. The 49,000-s.f. project makes efficient use of an urban brownfield site, comprised of 50 single and multi-bedroom unit types that feature large glass garage doors and decks that frame mountain and downtown views. Freight Residences is an elemental part of providing affordable housing options to urban singles and families to help reactivate and energize former industrial land.
