Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Visitor Center

Since 1988, the Friends of the Cumbres and Toltec have been an active volunteer group dedicated to the preservation of a historic railroad property. In 2006, the group began to explore a full-time presence in Chama with the development of a museum facility. Baker Rinker Seacat Architecture assisted the organization with programming and budgeting for the new facility along with development of preliminary design concepts.
