Boulder Transportation Center

Renovation & Addition

At the center of Boulder’s downtown area, an existing parking facility was expanded to include an RTD bus terminal as well as to accommodate 300 vehicles. The building façade was redesigned to match the retail space developed along the street, and pedestrian streetscape amenities were added to blend with the character of the downtown area. The project’s multiple clients included a downtown parking district, the Boulder Planning Department, the Regional Transportation District and the Boulder Transportation Department.
