The children’s play structure is a one-of-a-kind design that looks as if it is from the distant future. Inspiration for the structure, as well as the entire building, comes from centrifugal force (beginning in the center and moving outwards and away).
The structure is found at the eye of the complex and is the point at which the rest of the building radiates.
The play structure represents the new, younger generation. This structure—which will be made from steel pipes, netting and a soft foam-like material for the stepping platforms—is close to being transparent so that guests can look out to the building’s surroundings without interference.
If this concept is chosen to be a part of the final design, we will be looking to work with Luckey Climbers out of New Haven, CT who specializes in these types of play structures.
