Positions at BRS

Design Manager

A design manager at BRS is someone whose primary focus is the out-of-house game. This person's job is to manage project resources: people and budgets. A DM is passionate about communication. Maintaining good communication with the BRS designer, principals, consultants and clients as well as the public and City Council is key to this role, similar to that of a representative or spokesperson.

Designer

A designer/project architect (depending on state of licensure) at BRS is someone whose primary focus is the in-house game. This person's job is to manage the process for the product. A designer/project architect is passionate about the design documentation for the project. Creating what is needed to describe the building to the client and contractor—design products, coordinated systems, appropriate information, etc.—is paramount to this role.
